Penta Pattern & Model’s expert team of pattern makers have the skill and technology to undertake a complete production process for high quality products.
Including 5-axis CNC machining, carbon fibre, GRP and specialist lamination, drape forming, and casting, our production process ensures your product is made to exacting specifications.
Our production is undertaken in consideration of pre-agreed project timescales, ensuring we meet your project demands. This is aided by investments made into our technology and machinery, with capabilities for lights-out manufacturing and Just in Time services.We have a wealth of experience working on large-scale and time sensitive projects. Finishing
techniques
Our finishing service is one of the final steps in meeting the aesthetic vision for your project. We offer a range of surface finishing, detail enhancement and sealing and coating to achieve this.
Finishing processes are carefully chosen in light of your material and product application, ensuring performance as expected.
Your available finishes will depend on the material used; however, Penta Pattern & Model provides a wide range of materials, pigments, and lacquers for both composite and resin products. We aim to accommodate further any specific finishes that you may have in mind.
Project
Assembly
During assembly processes, we bring all components together, whether temporarily or permanently, to realise your end product.
This optional service is suitable for simple and more complex assemblies of sculptures, furniture, and more, ensuring your product is ready for placement in its application.
