MACHINE CALIBRATION

Our manufacturing and inspection equipment is regularly serviced and calibrated to achieve precision and tight tolerances on parts. This includes our 6 CNC machines and 3 ROMER Laser Arms.

Machine calibration is essential to keeping our manufacturing processes running smoothly.

LASER SCANNING & INSPECTION

For most projects, we use laser scanning to compare the manufactured product to its original CAD model, checking for any defects prior to despatch.

Other inspection techniques utilised by Penta Pattern & Model involve callipers to measure diameters and depths; and plug gauges and thread gauges to check hold diameters and thread pitch.

VISUAL INSPECTIONS

As simple as it may sound, visual inspections are at the heart of quality checking.

Visual inspections, undertaken by our highly trained and experienced team, can highlight any visible discrepancies or errors.
